Our group training evening sessions have been designed by professional trainer Martin Perez with an emphasis on an introduction to skill training for all players.
Group sessions are a great way to get players involved in fitness, feeling the benefits of specific polo training and having fun as a team. Players will learn both the fundamentals of fitness for polo as well as advanced techniques that will really help them to see a week by week improvement in their polo and in their lifestyle.
Our class sizes are limited to 10 players so that each participant receives personalized attention from Martin.
