Fitness for Polo offers individual training in the form of one on one attention and teaching. Personal training sessions are tailored specifically to the needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses of each player and are one of the most effective ways of achieving great fitness RESULTS. Body measurements are taken and all progress is recorded thoroughly throughout the training program.
The sessions focus on achieving a perpetual development throughout the preseason, in season and post season.
Drills and exercises are designed by Martin Perez specifically for polo and are geared towards:
- increasing cardio-vascular fitness and aiding energy management
- strengthening riding and polo muscles
- correcting swing flaws through fitness solutions
